The Ausnet Real Estate Network in WA has announced plans for a rapid expansion.

“Major regional centres are high on our list of importance – Broome, Esperance, and the south west, however the Perth metropolitan area must obviously also be a priority,” said Ausnet's general manager, Graeme Hosking.

“Independent agents can often feel isolated in the marketplace – Ausnet is there to support, aid and advise – the name behind the name, if you will.”

Mr Hosking said Ausnet would also concentrate on the services and assistance it would provide its group, including property management, portfolio expansion, strategic business planning and overall business development.

The network has had a successful year, having achieved results that were significantly higher than the previous quarter as well as for the same period last year.

“Several long standing listing and selling records were broken and whereas new listing numbers are falling across the board, with Real Estate Institute of WA (REIWA) posting a little over 9,000 properties available for sale, the Network listed in excess of 1,300 new properties for sale for the three months, their highest result in many years.” said Mr Hosking.

Ausnet was recently recognised by REIWA as their Top Franchise Referral and Marketing Group, and was ranked in seventh place in Real Estate Business’ annual Top 20 Real Estate Groups in Australia.
