The Sydney CBD position for the Real Estate Results Network (RERN) has been snapped up by Wilson Property Agents.

RERN founder Michael Sheargold said Wilson Property Agents was the only agency selected in the Sydney CBD area, where it was recognised for its strong customer focus, impressive sales and leadership qualities.

“Like all our members, Wilson Property Agents demonstrates a real commitment to excellence in real estate sales and service, a strong customer focus and a proven record of producing outstanding results in Sydney CBD," he said.

“We’re thrilled to have them on board. We know they are doing great things in Sydney CBD for their clients and the larger community.”

Part of the RERN membership guarantees that members' direct competitors cannot become members.

According to realestate.com.au, there are 119 real estate offices located in the 2000 postcode region (Sydney CBD), with a total of 220 offices servicing the area.

According to Mr Sheargold, Real Estate Results Network supports the independence and branding of individual businesses and fosters entrepreneurialism.

Principal of Wilson Property Agents, Adrian Wilson, said he was delighted and humbled by his office's admission into the RERN network.

“It’s so important to invest time in training and development and our entire team will be better skilled in all aspects of negotiation, effective buyer management, property marketing, client reporting, communication and so much more. It’s a win for everyone,” said Mr Wilson.

Wilson Property Agents are the only Sydney CBD agents to have offices strategically located at either end of the city, Mr Wilson claimed.

Late last month Mr Sheargold said he was aiming to double his group's membership number by the end of the year.
