Realmark, a Western Australia-based property group, has welcomed the addition of two top selling agents and announced plans to open a new office in the Perth suburb of Nedlands.
Adam and Emma Gilbert will open Realmark's first office in Nedlands, a suburb in which the pair have been established for the past seven years.
Mr Gilbert said he was looking for an opportunity to set up his business where he could offer complete real estate solutions to clients.
“We were looking for opportunities either to branch out on our own or to tap into a franchise that had the infrastructure, system and the business model that resonated with our ethos in business,” he told Real Estate Business.
He chose Realmark as he felt it had a true passion to delivering the best customer experiences.
“We’re not into big bold ego,” he said. “Realmark is very much about the client and delivering that customer care to them.
“Realmark allows me to focus on property management, grow our business, be in control and have more flexibility and autonomy of my own business.”
For the next three to five months, Mr Gilbert and his wife will be based at Realmark’s Leederville headquarters, while establishing their new office.
“We want to be able to hit the ground running,” he said. “It’s more about the planning and getting all of our systems and processes back up to date, which will allow us to open our doors and run the business.”
Mr Gilbert said the new Nedlands office would be fresh, clean and dynamic.
“It’s going to be very accessible to the marketplace of the western suburbs. It’s going to be simple but it’s going to be in keeping with the existing Realmark brand," he said.
Realmark founder John Percudani welcomed the Gilberts' contribution to the network.
“Realmark is increasingly attracting high calibre real estate agents to the group – such as Adam and Emma,” he said. “I firmly believe our unique and successful approach to real estate is resonating with other quality professionals in the industry in Perth.
“The Gilberts are highly competent sales agents when it comes to property in the western suburbs and I’m delighted that they will be heading up our Nedlands agency bringing their local knowledge, experience and insight to our newest office.”
