A network has launched their own online auction magazine which is updated with listings across the country in real time.
The CENTURY 21 National Auction Smartbook is a free book which can be distributed by CENTURY 21 agents to databases of vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and prospects, both domestically and abroad.
Will Hampson from CENTURY 21 Auction Services said the e-magazine will help promote auctions within the network.
“As part of our core focus to further strengthen the auction culture within CENTURY 21, we have released a National Auction Smartbook that comprehensively details every CENTURY 21 property set to go under the hammer,” he said.
“All the agent needs to do is email the Smartbook link to their contact database and, with the click of a button, their contacts can view every auction campaign that CENTURY 21 Australia has running.”
Kate Lumby, also from CENTURY 21 Auction Services, said the Smartbook could become an excellent marketing tool.
“The Smartbook opens the door for CENTURY 21 agents to reach a much larger pool of potential purchasers when advertising auction listings, which should help them to generate stronger buyer interest and better selling prices for their vendors," she said.
“The Smartbook also incorporates live CENTURY 21 data, which means that the information contained within the book is dynamic and constantly updated with property changes and additional listings.
“This is great for prospective buyers because it means that, no matter where you are in the world, you can access real-time data on auction markets that may be of interest to you."
CENTURY 21 Auction Services is looking to produce up to four editions of the National Auction Smartbook per year.
