The new office will be led by principals Ray Fayad and Caddie Dabaja.

Mr Fayad and Ms Dabaja have over 40 years of real estate experience combined and continue to operate two offices, nearby Laing+Simmons Parramatta since 1995 and Laing+Simmons Granville since 1998.

“We will offer potential and existing clients a full range of exceptional market leading real estate services including residential sales, leasing, property management, marketing and auctions,” Mr Fayad said.

“We will also implement a strong focus on commercial and industrial sales and leasing, as well as project marketing,” he said.

“The Laing+Simmons brand is well established in the Parramatta and Granville markets and the official opening of the new office in Auburn signals a natural progression for us.

“Auburn continues to demonstrate strong growth and robust demand predominately from first home buyers and investors looking for affordable housing options.

“The new office will not only service the strong demand from these active buyer demographics, but also work to reach a broader client base for Laing+Simmons."
