Two real estate heavyweights have joined forces to launch a new coaching program.
Branded as ‘Ultimate Real Estate Coaching’, Michael Sheargold, founder and CEO of the Real Estate Results Network and Darren Saunderson, founder of Real Estate Rehab, will offer eight new coaching programs specifically designed to up-skill real estate professionals.
Co-founder Mr Sheargold said the new programs would ensure there was an option for agents at every level of the profession.
“We wanted a range of programs to suit all levels of experience, from real estate newcomers looking to launch their career, to the experienced principal wanting to develop a business plan to ensure future success,” said Mr Sheargold.
“Our end goal is to empower agents to go out and achieve their goals by sharing with them the knowledge and tools they need to get there.
“All of our programs are highly interactive, giving participants the opportunity to gain knowledge not only from our coaching team but through interaction with their fellow peers.
“Ultimately, we hope that by the end of each program our agents are self-confident, masterful communicators and the agent of choice in their regional marketplace,” he said.
Head coach Darren Saunderson said he hoped the programs would be successful in helping participants to change their thinking and inspire them to take steps towards achieving their goals.
“I’m extremely passionate about helping agents find their competitive edge within the marketplace. I want these programs to be about more than real estate success, I want them to be about finding success personally, professionally and financially,” he said.
“These programs require a lot of hard work and commitment, but I strongly believe that success is only obtained by a commitment to excellence in everything you do,” he said.
