One lucky LJ Hooker agent has walked away from the group’s annual summit with an $80,000 luxury car.
The car, an Audi A4 S line, was a part of the network’s summer sales season and initiative that saw hundreds of agents put their “hat in the ring”.
According to Georg Chmiel, LJ Hooker CEO, the Audi prize was the most valuable incentive offered by any real estate network and represented recognition of the recent achievements of LJ Hooker’s network of offices.
“Over the last 12 months, our sales agents have gone above and beyond the expectation of our clients, and the Audi prize is a reflection of the results they’ve achieved for clients over summer, a traditionally popular period for listing and buying,’’ said Mr Chmiel.
LJ Hooker Tuggeranong principal Rob Matheson was the delighted winner of the prestige Audi.
Mr Chmiel paid tribute to Mr Matheson’s hard work and said the prize recognised his outstanding contribution to both the real estate industry and his local community as well.
“He is an amazing principal, a great presenter and very successful salesperson who deserves to win the Audi on behalf of the [entire sales] network.
“It is my absolute pleasure to congratulate and reward him with this accolade,” Mr Chmiel said.
The other major competitions during the conference involved LJ Hooker auctioneers competing for the Auction Icon and Auction Idol titles.
LJH Commercial Toowoomba sales agent Damian Borger was named the international network’s best auction newcomer and winner of the Auction Icon. LJ Hooker Greenwith Principal Michael Fenn won the Auction Icon title marking his third win for the international network’s top auctioneer crown.
Over 600 LJ Hooker real estate specialists attended the summit held this year at the Sunshine Coast.
