Victorian-based network hockingstuart has opened its fifth office this year, proving the group is dedicated to rapid growth in 2013.
The new office opened in Doncaster in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, following the earlier establishment of the Berwick, Pascoe Vale, Coburg and Preston offices
hockingstuart CEO and managing director Nigel O’Neil said the group’s growth trajectory has been solid, helping to strengthen its position in the marketplace.
“Having built a strong presence in both inner and middle Melbourne, as well as key regional and coastal markets, we are now targeting neighbouring areas to further strengthen our brand footprint and market share,” he said.
Mr O’Neil also recognises that maintaining the company’s quality and service levels will be key as the network welcomes more offices into the fold.
Supporting this growth are the appointments of group human resources manager Alisha Mackrell and project director Tanja Nevin-Jones.
“Our group takes real estate seriously, so our focus will always be on ensuring our customers get the same quality of service no matter which hockingstuart office they visit,” Mr O’Neil said.
Head office’s recent appointments will be focused on ensuring that the level of service provided to our customers across the network will be maintained at consistently high levels.
“Our research shows consumers are after a personalised service from their agent, so it’s important for us to support our offices from a corporate level to allow them to focus on delivering for their clients,” he said.
