CENTURY 21 has welcomed a new agency focused on project marketing, with the opening of CENTURY 21 Metro Projects.
Directors Joan Alcock and June Loh will lead the project marketing team. Both are experienced in selling apartments and townhouses to investors and owner occupiers. The team will also include two staff members who will assist the sales team.
“June and I are thrilled to be joining the CENTURY 21 network. From the start, we knew that a franchise with strong brand recognition would give us a competitive edge in the marketplace and, with that in mind, it was a relatively easy choice to align ourselves with CENTURY 21,” said Mr Alcock.
“Being part of a large global network means that we’re able to reach buyers where other agents simply can’t.
"We are also impressed that we have the freedom to work anywhere in the country and not be tied to a specific territory.”
The team at CENTURY 21 Metro Projects are currently working with the Caydon Property Group on their upcoming Atria apartment project. The project is located in the prestigious Melbourne suburb of Hawthorn and construction has already commenced.
With Ms Loh’s Mandarin abilities and understanding of the Chinese culture and business practices, CENTURY 21 Metro Projects hopes to reach out to the Chinese community and Chinese sources abroad.
