Harcourts New South Wales has opened its first Northern Beaches office in Dee Why.
The new franchisee is an evolution of joint owners Ben White and Sam Ayliffe’s existing company, Finance Property Planning.
Mr White told Real Estate Business the office was a fully-integrated financial services business offering clients mortgage brokerage, commercial, financial planning and real estate services.
“All of those feed into the Harcourts business and open us up to some really high value clients in the range of $700,000-plus up to $5 million,” Mr White said.
“With Harcourts and their support, and the luxury property brand, our goal is to hit the market pretty hard.”
Mr Ayliffe said he was very excited to join the Harcourts brand.
“We’re very very thrilled to have an exciting and dynamic team with some of the best technology in the industry at our finger tips,” he said.
“We’re certainly looking forward to evolving our existing real estate business into something that is going to give us some fantastic presence in the industry and our clients’ access to some of the best marketing and some of the best branding.
“Harcourts is something we are really passionate about and it fits into our business and business model.”
Speaking at the company’s launch last week, CEO of Harcourts New South Wales Rob Forde said Mr White and Mr Ayliffe were examples of Harcourts attracting the best talent in the industry.
“To be the best, we must have the best,” he said. “Our people must always be focused on creating the finest customer experience through the finest service.
“This is one thing that really excites me about Harcourts Dee Why. Every part of the client experience is catered for within this business - from sales, property management, finance and insurance to financial planning."
Mr Forde added that he was looking forward to the partnership and Harcourt’s entry into the Northern Beaches market.
