LJ Hooker has continued its expansion across metro, regional and country areas of New South Wales to meet the growing demand from property owners and investors.
Regional manager of NSW South and ACT, David Colman said the LJ Hooker strategic expansion plans in key areas across NSW for August were on target and defied the traditional 'mid-winter doldrums' experienced by many other real estate networks.
“This month we open doors at Dalmeny on the South Coast, Rockdale in the St George area, and we have recently changed our trading name from LJ Hooker Potts Point to LJ Hooker Inner City, reflecting our success in a range of inner east, city and inner west hotspot inner-city suburbs, including Surry Hills, Zetland, Alexandria and Erskineville,” Mr Colman said.
“LJ Hooker Kingsford principal Robert Yong has also just welcomed new co-principal Timothy Carrick to the team, and I’m also pleased to announce we have even larger franchises at Auburn and regionally in Wagga Wagga."
LJ Hooker Wagga Wagga principal Richard Rossiter said he and his team were ecstatic about their recent move to a new office.
“Our new office is almost four times larger than before and has everything a buyer needs, including state-of-the-art offerings for clients with a computer foyer set up with buyer research statistics from RP Data and an in-room auction facility,” he said.
Earlier this year, Mr Rossiter achieved a 100 per cent clearance rate despite Wagga Wagga being a traditionally non-auction area.
