LJ Hooker Mosman has received the prestigious title of World Champion Office for a third time at the annual LJ Hooker International Awards evening.

The Mosman office won the World Champion Office title as a result of an impressive 12-month performance in terms of its sales, leasing and property management.

Georg Chmiel, CEO and managing director of LJ Hooker said the service and results provided by the LJ Hooker Mosman team were leading the way in the real estate market.

“Whether it’s selling, leasing or managing property investments, the team at LJ Hooker Mosman provides service and results that are leading the way in the real estate market,’’ he said.

Mr Chmiel credited the exceptional performance of the office to the excellent leadership of the Mosman office directors.

“Such excellence comes from exceptional leadership, and LJ Hooker Mosman’s directors are leaders not only in their office, but in the real estate industry at large,” he said.

“To win the coveted LJ Hooker World Champion Office title is a stunning achievement, but to win it three times illustrates the passion and unrelenting drive the team has.’’

Brendan Smith from LJ Hooker City Residential in WA won the award for World Champion Salesperson for gross commission, and Jeanie Boswell from Palmerston North achieved the highest number of transactions by a salesperson. The Sir Leslie Hooker Award - another major award title that recognises a franchise owner’s contribution to the community, the real estate industry and the mentoring of staff - went to Matthew Herbert from Canberra. Mr Herbert has been with LJ Hooker for 31 years and manages seven LJ Hooker offices.
