Boutique network Laing+Simmons celebrated the achievements of its franchisee groups at its recent annual awards in Sydney.
Major award winners included Laing+Simmons Port Macquarie, which was named Office of the Year and received the Highest Number of Sales (Office) Award; Matt Effenberg of Laing+Simmons Hornsby, who was inducted into the network’s Hall of Fame; Basel Nahas of Laing+Simmons Mount Druitt, who was the recipient of the Highest Number of Sales (individual) Award; and Ray Fayad of Laing+Simons Parramatta, Granville and Auburn, who was named the Top Auction Lister.
Laing+Simmons general manager Leanne Pilkington said the boutique operator enjoyed a strong year despite challenges in the real estate market.
“In challenging times such as those dictated by the current state of the market, it is invariably those practitioners with the experience, work ethic, commitment to professionalism and customer service focus who achieve the greatest success,” Ms Pilkington said.
“These qualities are precisely the foundation upon which the success of Laing+Simmons is based.
“As we consolidate our position as the leading boutique operator in key areas, we have recently unveiled a new brand to underpin and support the strategic growth of our network.
“We are committed to welcoming the most talented people in the market to join the many professionals we already call members of the Laing+Simmons family,” she said.
