The real estate industry will have access to a host of new information, opinion and strategy through a new online Real Estate Business (REB) portal and daily BULLETIN to be launched in the coming months.

The new site will offer REB readers a wealth of new content, including blogs and opinion from the most successful practitioners, more sales and marketing strategy and a new series of video features.

Launched in 2009, rebonline.com.au is firmly established as the leading independent news source for the real estate industry. According to CAB audited data, the site registered more than 53,000 page views from over 34,000 visitors in July.

“REBonline now reaches a significant proportion of the industry, and I believe there’s still scope to increase our coverage,” said Real Estate Business editor Stacey Moseley.

“We’ve seen rankings such as last year’s Top 100 Agents and Top 20 Real Estate Groups register more than 10,000 views apiece, which highlights the value the industry places in our digital publication,” she said.

REB readers will also receive a new BULLETIN packed with new content and opinion. As well as breaking industry news, the daily newsletter will also feature sales and marketing strategy as well as blogs from the most respected practitioners, plus video, opinion polls and comment from readers.

As part of the REB restructure, the monthly print magazine will also be moving to a digital platform. Last year, REB launched its iPad app, which has seen subscription increase by 300 per cent in the last 12 months.

“There is considerable momentum behind all facets of our digital products and that goes for our iPad app. While I’m certainly sad to say goodbye to the print magazine, we can now focus on our rapidly expanding digital publications,” Ms Moseley said.
