Richardson&Wrench celebrated the achievements of its top agents over the weekend, with winners coming from a wide variety of areas.

The award for Top Auction Clearance Rate was given to Richardson&Wrench Baulkham Hills, which achieved a 100 per cent record, while Richardson&Wrench Rooty Hills was named Top Auction Office.

Richardson&Wrench Campbelltown/Ingleburn in Sydney’s west was named the Most Outstanding Office (number of transactions), a reflection of the strong performance of offices in high growth areas in metropolitan Sydney.

Richardson&Wrench Mosman/Neutral Bay was awarded for Most Outstanding Office (revenue) after director Richard Simeon achieved four sales over $10 million.

Director of Richardson&Wrench Elizabeth Jason Boon won the Outstanding Selling Principal Award for the eighth year in a row.

Richardson&Wrench executive director Andrew Cocks said the spread of awards was a healthy reflection of the growing strength of the network.

“It is fantastic to see that our top performers are not confined to the most valuable suburbs of Sydney but really making an impact in the growth areas of the western and south western suburbs,” said Mr Cocks.

Mr Cocks said it was the first time in his time at the head of Richardson&Wrench that there had been such a mood of optimism amongst principals.

“We are seeing extraordinary results from both auction and private treaty sales in terms of clearance and price,” said Mr Cocks. “There are also some very positive signs of growth in Queensland, where the Noosa office was named Most Outstanding Non-Metro Office.”
