A Perth-based group has been recognised as the fastest growing real estate company in Australia and one of the fastest growing companies in the country.

Crawford Property Group was ranked 70th in BRW’s Fast 100 list for 2013 announced last week and it was the only property company to make it on the list.

Eligible companies must have 200 or fewer full-time equivalent employees and have experienced significant growth since the 2009 to 2010 financial year. They are also ranked according to their average growth over the past three years.

CPG’s revenue has grown 229.8 per cent since the 2010 financial year, averaging almost 51 per cent growth each year.

Group director Ryan Crawford said: “This is the second year CPG has been recognised in the Fast 100 list following our placing in 2012 and to be the only real estate group in the list is an exceptional result.

“I am extremely proud of what we have achieved in such a short timeframe, particularly during what have been some challenging economic times.

“CPG was established to provide unmatched service and results in its areas of operation and through the professionalism and dedication of our teams in Perth, throughout the Pilbara and Brisbane we have consistently delivered. These efforts have earned us a loyal and ever-increasing client base.

“We look forward to continuing to go above and beyond for our clients, and helping more everyday Australians to improve their lifestyles through positive property investment.”

The group generated $6.7 million in revenue in the 2011-2012 financial year, a 56 per cent growth on the previous year, and this achievement saw them reach 17th place in BRW’s annual Fast Starters Awards earlier this year.
