A Queensland principal has strengthened his reach in his local market by launching his fifth office in the area.
Ray White principal and Sunshine Coast local Brett Graham opened Ray White Sippy Downs last Monday.
Mr Graham currently operates Ray White offices in Maroochydore, Buderim, Mountain Creek and Mooloolaba
Ray White Queensland CEO Tony Warland said the opportunity for Mr Graham to service the Sippy Downs area presented itself quite naturally and he couldn't think of a better operator to be in that space.
“Brett and his team of 80 plus experts are well-known on the Sunshine Coast and this new office will complement his determination and expertise in the industry,” he said.
Mr Graham said Sippy Downs was commonly known as a university suburb.
“Traditionally, it is a suburb that has attracted investors but more and more owner occupiers are moving in,” he said.
“There are parks and waterways supported by a good local shopping center, tavern, gym and other conveniences.”
Mr Graham has a personal commitment to call at least 52 auctions per year for local and national charity occasions.
