Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA) has launched a new website to help property professionals - including real estate agents - engage with property investors.

The website features a search-by-postcode database, which enables property investors to search for a range of property specialists, such as financial planners, mortgage brokers, accountants, property investment advisers and buyer's agents.

Ben Kingsley, chair of PIPA, said the new website is designed to help PIPA members capitalise on the very strong investor market.

“Investors represent a lucrative, sticky client base, and professionals who position their service offering accordingly are going to be well placed to maximise business opportunities," he said.

“In a marketplace where property investment is really gathering pace, the introduction of PIPA’s search-by-postcode function is very timely.”

According to Mr Kinglsey, PIPA membership is open to a spectrum of specialisations and offers an opportunity for professionals to set themselves apart from the competition as professionals who investors can trust.

“Those who align themselves with PIPA can genuinely claim to be trusted professional specialists within the property investment space, and our new search tool is just another way for us to ensure our members are best positioned to capture this market,” he said.

PIPA is a not-for-profit association established by industry practitioners with the objective of representing and raising the professional standards of all operators involved with property investment.
