A Queensland agent with less than one year’s experience in the industry has been recognised for his achievements.
Real estate agent James Pascoe of Harcourts Solutions Eatons Hill received the Rising Star of the Quarter at the recent Harcourts Queensland Awards.
Mr Pascoe started with Harcourts Solutions in February this year and had sold $2 million dollars' worth of property within his first three months as a real estate agent.
“I listed these properties by simply asking the question, and I sold all three in the same weekend,” Mr Pascoe said.
Mr Pascoe sold eight out of the nine properties he listed this year and said it was due to his business generation activities.
“I enjoy partaking in daily telemarketing and door knocking in my local area to continue to build relationships with clients and potential new clients. I will also be setting up weekly networking breakfasts in my local area to create a wider contact base,” Mr Pascoe said.
Director of Harcourts Solutions Eatons Hill Martin Millard said Mr Pascoe’s rapid success had been based on an ability to quickly establish rapport and trust, and then deliver on his promises.
“The term 'sell ice to an eskimo' was written with James in mind. It is a privilege to have him as part of our award-winning team and we are excited about what his and our future holds,” Mr Millard said.
Harcourts Solutions Eatons Hill opened in 2006 and has been ranked as Queensland’s number one office consecutively for 2010, 2011 and 2012.
