A prominent Western Australian group has continued its expansion plans with the announcement of a new office in Perth’s western suburbs.

At the beginning of November, Realmark opened the doors to the western suburbs office with husband and wife team Adam and Emma Gilbert heading up the business.

Adam Gilbert, who has more than eight years’ experience in property sales and management in the western suburbs, said his agency’s intimate knowledge of the local area would be integral to delivering outstanding results for their clients.

“There is a very diverse range of people living in the western suburb, and the property market reflects that diversity,” Mr Gilbert said.

“We see entry-level buyers, tenants, large families, professional couples and people looking for high-end property. Such diversity comes with its own unique challenges and means that to deliver the best possible results to each client, you need to specialise in a varied range of sales and management approaches.

“Emma and I pride ourselves on being transparent in our approach and we really understand the people who live in the western suburbs.

“We offer genuine assistance, guidance and direction, as well as a fresh and dynamic approach, which helps set us apart from our competitors.”

Realmark Western Suburbs will employ innovative sales strategies such as For Sale Xpress and Set Date Sale, for which the wider Realmark network is celebrated.

This announcement comes at the same time Realmark was named among BRW magazine's Top 50 Most Innovative Companies. The company placed at number 28 overall and was the only property group or real estate company on the list.
