With nominations now open for the Real Estate Business Top 50 Sales Offices 2014, Australia’s leading real estate sales offices will vie for a position in the key industry ranking.
The Real Estate Business Top 50 Sales Offices, now in its second year, is a benchmark industry report that ranks individual residential real estate offices by sales, revealing which offices are the most productive.
Stacey Moseley, Real Estate Business editor, said “In the Top 50 Sales Offices 2013 report there were some fantastic sales performances from both large and small agencies, proving that a lacklustre property market was no impediment to success. This year it will certainly be interesting to see if the rising market activity and increased consumer confidence is reflected in the sales office performances.”
Beyond the dollar value of sales, factors such as sales volumes, staff efficiency and conversion rate will also be considered in the ranking.
Data provided by principals will be independently verified by Real Estate Business’ research partner, RP Data, and other independent sources where required.
Submissions for the Top 50 Sales Offices ranking close Friday 10 January 2014, and will be based on residential settled sales for the 2012/2013 financial year (i.e. the 12 months to 30 June 2013).
Results will be published in the February 2014 Real Estate Business ‘Special Feature’ flipbook.
