A real estate network has strengthened its presence in south western Sydney with the opening of its new office.

PRDnationwide’s new office in Kingsgrove will consist of new and existing employees of PRDnationwide and provides residential and commercial sales, leasing, property and asset management services, whilst having access to top-level market knowledge through PRDnationwide’s esteemed research department.

PRDnationwide Kingsgrove is the third franchise for Frank Mazzotta, who also has PRDnationwide offices in Bexley North and Ramsgate Beach.

The office is managed by Mr Romeo Safetly and Karina Biner, who both have established profiles in the Kingsgrove community.

“I’m very excited to be expanding PRDnationwide’s services into Kingsrove,” Mr Mazzotta said.

“It’s a great opportunity to get a foothold in the area and some traction in the surrounding markets that are on the move. The office is an integral part of my long-term plans for our operations in the region.

“Romeo and Karina head up the sales and support team, and with two new large residential developments in the area and a number of Asian investors showing interest, we have Roy Chai on hand to service that market.”

PRDnationwide business consultant Todd Hadley said the Kingsgrove team would be a welcome addition to the franchise network and he believed under the guidance of Mr Mazzotta the new office would thrive.

“Frank is a very smart operator and a keen observer of real estate trends,” Mr Hadley said.

“As the principal of highly successful PRDnationwide franchises at Bexley North and Ramsgate Beach, Frank offers the experience and passion required to ensure PRDnationwide Kingsgrove finds immediate success.

“I have high expectations that PRDnationwide Kingsgrove will become one of our top performing offices in the near future.”
