A New South Wales-based network has expanded its western Sydney reach with an office opening in Kings Langley.

Laing+Simmons, which was established in 1967, has rebranded Australian Real Estate to Laing+Simmons Kings Langley, under the leadership of 27-year industry veteran Tracy Hartwell.

“The time is right for our business to pursue a new growth phase, and the Laing+Simmons model provides the best systems and support services for us to achieve our objectives,” Ms Hartwell explained.

“Additionally, the new Laing+Simmons brand has the strong profile we were looking for to support our business going forward.

“Our due diligence highlighted the success of other Laing+Simmons franchise offices, and we were determined to align ourselves with a boutique brand that the market responds to and respects.”

Laing+Simmons general manager Leanne Pilkington welcomed Tracy and the Kings Langley team to the network.

“Kings Langley represents an important strategic addition to our network. The area has been on our radar for some time, but we wanted to ensure we partnered with the best operator with a genuine passion for the local market. We are excited to welcome Tracy and the team to Laing+Simmons,” Ms Pilkington said.

“We will continue to pursue the strategic growth of our network by targeting the most professional and dedicated real estate operators in select local markets around the state,” she added.

According to Ms Hartwell, whilst the brand may have changed, the team and the work ethic of the team will stay the same.

“Each member of the Laing+Simmons Kings Langley team is not only highly experienced in their own right, but we’ve worked as a team together for many years,” Ms Hartwell said.

“It’s this consistency of service that has enabled us to become the local market leader. Our recent rebranding allows us to grow our business in the future while retaining the values and expertise that have been the platform for our success in the past,” she said.

The Kings Langley office brings the NSW-based network to 41 offices.
