While working on a portfolio in the city, I had gone to meet a potential landlord at his office in the CBD for the new business appraisal.
As we were not at the property itself, after discussing his needs and our services he proceeded to show me photos of the newly renovated apartment on his smartphone.
Unfortunately, the poor landlord swiped too far along the camera roll and landed our eyes onto a full frontal nude selfie of himself!
I had to quickly try to divert conversation back to the advertising plan, but his embarrassment meant that I was rushed out and I never heard back from him.
It was certainly a funny story to tell for both of us!
