Next week’s Young Real Estate Professionals event has almost sold out, with three of the industry’s biggest - and youngest - names sharing their tips for success.

The NSW-based group for young agents, which celebrated its one-year anniversary last month, has lined up a stellar panel session, according to organiser and CEO of Harcourts NSW Rob Forde.

“All of our speakers have an inspiring story to tell. It doesn’t matter what part of the industry you are in, you will learn just how these three individuals have managed to position themselves at the very top of their game,” he said.

Twenty-eight year-old gun agent from inner Sydney’s boutique network BresicWhitney, William Phillips, will reveal how he became one of his company’s top-performing agents.

Principals will hear from Adrian Wilson of Wilson Property, a young business owner who has built a strong sales team and an excellent property management portfolio.

Mr Forde said there will be plenty of takeaways for property managers, with award-winning BDM and property management director Kate Towerton joining the panel.

“Kate Towerton-Benjamin has won just about every award you can think of in the property management field," he said.

“This dynamic individual in the past 12 months has put on more that 170 properties into The Harcourts Hills Living rent roll.”

The panel will be held at the Ivy Penthouse next Thursday June 12, and with only 100 spaces available, Mr Forde said the event will likely sell out.
