Property content and services platform Onthehouse Group has announced the launch of a new Console product to help real estate agents access a “new level” of property data.
‘RESearch’ has been designed in collaboration with Australian real estate agents and is a “simple yet comprehensive” property research and analysis tool, according to Onthehouse.
RESearch will also allow industry professionals to quickly generate comparative market analysis (CMA) reports, access property and owner data, and use advanced mapping technology through an easy-to-use, streamlined interface.
“This new addition to Onthehouse Group’s Console suite of products will help industry professionals access a new level of property data, with information from a number of government and private sources,” Onthehouse said in a statement.
“This gives agents the ability to quickly create impressive reports to share with prospective buyers and clients.”
Onthehouse chief executive Michael Fredericks said RESearch was created directly in response to the industry’s demands for a competitively priced option that would allow real estate agents to access the data they need and present it to their clients.
“We've created a fantastic new interface to give agents the ability to quickly, easily and cost-effectively generate CMA, and indeed the cutting-edge elastic technology we have used makes RESearch, we believe, the fastest and most responsive product on the market,” he said.
“The launch of RESearch is also a great example of how we are connecting the different aspects of the Onthehouse Group together to add more value to our industry professionals – and our continuing efforts to add value to our real estate agency clients.”
