Onthehouse Group has announced that four real estate networks have added their listings to Onthehouse.com.au.

Stockdale & Leggo, Laing + Simmons and Starr Partners have all added their listings to the coverage of properties listed on Onthehouse.com.au, with the Raine&Horne network also coming online in the near future.

Starr Partners chief executive Douglas Driscoll, a finalist in this year’s REB Awards for Industry Thought Leader, said publishing Starr Partners' listings and sales results on Onthehouse is all about promoting themselves to potential vendors and investors who use Onthehouse.com.au to do their property research.

Onthehouse chief executive Michael Fredericks said unlike the “traditional classified listings portals” like REA and Domain, Onthehouse.com.au is about providing consumers with data.

“This environment therefore offers agents a tool to prospect for vendors and promote their success in their local area,” he said.

“In fact, in any one month, our recent Nielsen research has shown that only 20 per cent of our audience visit our competitor’s listings sites,” he added.

Stockdale & Leggo chief executive Peter Thomas said “we are listing on Onthehouse.com.au to demonstrate the depth of our success to potential vendors as early in their research phase as possible, before they start actively researching other agents”.

According to Onthehouse, the website is the only type in Australia that provides free property data on over 98 per cent of Australia properties and generates a unique audience of around 1.4 million visitors every month.

In the last year alone, consumers have downloaded over 36 million property reports from Onthehouse.com.au, with property searches on the site increasing by over 80 per cent in the last six months, Onthehouse said in a statement.
