Leading residential real estate group McGrath Estate Agents has expanded into Sydney’s growing north west corridor with the opening of a new office in Rouse Hill.
According to McGrath Estate Agents, the important residential area is poised for significant growth thanks to substantial infrastructure investment in the region.
McGrath chief executive John McGrath said Rouse Hill is a relatively new residential address but he believes with projects such as the new $8.3 billion North West Rail Link, the region is about to take off.
“This is an exciting growth area, especially for young families looking for a chance to secure a larger block,” he said.
“With a world-class retail precinct and the new rail link, prices are about to jump,” he added.
Mr McGrath identified Rouse Hill as one of his top area picks in the 2013 McGrath Report, especially for “upwardly mobile buyers” who are looking for more room than the trendy inner suburbs can offer.
According to McGrath, it has always seen Rouse Hill as part of its expansion plans and considers now the right time to move forward having secured leading agent Grant Simpson as principal of the new office.
“The north west region of Sydney is an exciting growth area that will greatly benefit from the way in which McGrath transacts property with a customer-centric approach,” Mr Simpson said.
McGrath Rouse Hill will have 300 properties under management and will offer mortgage broking services through Oxygen Home Loans.
