“The team at Acton has built one of the strongest boutique groups in Australia and its coverage of properties across the Perth metropolitan area and beyond clearly positions the group as a leader in WA,” he said.

Acton director Travis Coleman said as WA’s premier real estate group, it prides itself on providing a premium service at all levels of business.

“Joining Homely ensures our clients will not be subjected to constantly changing fees and promotional structures, and will still maintain a strong, quality internet presence,” he said.

Mr Spencer said the rapid addition of Acton to the other 4,000 offices to have joined Homely is a “clear message” the real estate industry wants to see change.
