Nominations have started arriving for the Real Estate Business Awards, with five candidates in a position to win for a third straight year.
Submissions are due by 24 April for the gala awards dinner, which will be held in Sydney on July 16. Click here to enter.
LJ Hooker will be hoping to be named Major Network of the Year again, after winning that category in 2013 and 2014.
Place has the chance to claim the Major Independent of the Year award, also for the third year running.
The other agencies that could make it three in a row are Belle Property for Boutique Network of the Year and Starr Partners for Best Innovator.
Ewan Morton, managing director of Sydney agency Morton, also has a chance to be named Industry Thought Leader for the third consecutive year.
Agents and groups from across Australia have a chance to win honours in 21 other categories.
High-profile awards include Sales Office of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year, Principal of the Year and Property Manager of the Year.
