Offices and agents from across Australia have a legitimate chance to win at the Real Estate Business Awards – provided they beat the entries deadline.
Submissions are due by 24 April for the gala awards dinner, which will be held in Sydney on 16 July. Click here to enter.
Agents and offices can compete for 14 individual awards, seven group awards, four corporate awards and one business excellence award.
Real Estate Business editor Nick Bendel said the annual awards had been designed to recognise excellence across a wide variety of categories.
“It was important that we didn’t just give the big groups or the metropolitan agents a chance to win,” he said.
“Of course, high standards are expected, but there’s no reason why that sort of innovation and professionalism can’t be displayed by small offices or regional agents.”
The awards for Principal of the Year, Sales Agent of the Year and Sales Office of the Year all feature metropolitan and regional categories.
The Independent of the Year award has also been divided into boutique and major categories.
Some of the other wide-open categories include Best Sales Campaign, Best New Office, Best Innovator, Rising Star, Best Buyers’ Agent and Office Administrator of the Year.
Submissions are due by Friday. Click here to enter.
