One of Australia’s biggest franchise groups has devised an online process to make property transactions more targeted and discreet.
The new platform from Raine & Horne Rural allows buyers to log in to a data room facility to access confidentiality agreements, information memorandums, property valuations, letters of financial capability, professional reports on the property and other third-party data.
One of the aims of the system is to make rural transactions more discreet so that deals aren’t affected during the sale process.
The system is also designed to create a link between buyers and properties, thereby reducing the need for mass-market advertising.
Raine & Horne executive chairman Angus Raine said the group is using the most modern technology and marketing to best present an asset for the benefit of both buyer and seller.
“For many of our rural vendors, confidentiality is paramount when selling their high-value properties and using the latest technologies enables us to totally respect their wishes.”
