Homely has revealed that it has registered more than 6,000 offices in the past year, including a prominent new signing.

The listings portal said it now has 8,500 offices, including 680 that have come on board since April.

Homely’s list of clients now includes Sydney agency Cobden & Hayson, which has offices in the inner-city suburbs of Balmain, Annandale and Drummoyne.

Cobden & Hayson director Frank Colacicco said being on Homely will help the agency attract buyers.

“Advertising on Homely provides further exposure for our vendors and the ability to increase the amount of times a property is viewed,” he said.

Homely chief executive Jason Spencer said it is both flattering and reassuring to recruit an agency of the calibre of Cobden & Hayson.

“They are experts in what they do, and the addition of their homes ensures we can provide the most glamorous search experience in Australian real estate,” Mr Spencer said.

“We look forward in working with them to give their brand more exposure in Sydney’s inner west, whilst we also get one step closer to providing the most fully encompassed search experience ever seen in Australia.”

Homely said it now expects to achieve 100 per cent market penetration faster than originally thought.
