What do you buy the man who has everything? Maybe a house with a dedicated music room or a recording studio.

Buyers in the NSW regional town of Coorabell can get their hands on The Music Farm for $3 million (see below).

The seven-bedroom, five-bathroom home features state-of-the-art recording equipment that has been used by Olivia Newton-John, Kylie Minogue, Yothu Yindi, Richard Clapton and Cold Chisel.

Meanwhile, Wolverines drummer John Clinton has his two-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the Sydney suburb of Dural up for sale.

“When I first moved in with my wife Kim, the rooms were all square. A drummer needs round rooms so I made sure they were by redesigning the house,’’ he told news.com.au.

The house is so good that it won a Housing Industry Association award. It’s priced at $2.495 million and comes with a swimming pool and self-contained guest accommodation.

Music makers with $1.275 million to spare can purchase a four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the Perth suburb of Wanneroo.

The property features a recording studio, a voice-over booth and a commercial set, as well as offices and storage rooms.
