Online video tool provides new marketing option

Agents can now quickly create personalised videos to impress vendors at listings presentations.

The new VideoCMA product from HomePrezzo allows agents to produce marketing videos that focus on the vendor’s property and suburb.

Videos include automated valuations, comparable sales, median prices, days on market and property attributes, provided by CoreLogic RP Data.

They use customised colours, graphics, music, photos and direct messages to engage the viewer.

Agents can also add their branding, photo and contact details in the videos, which can be shared on Facebook and Twitter.

HomePrezzo chief executive Nathan Krisanski told REB that the online video editing tool is quick and simple for agents to use and includes an instant preview option.

VideoCMA is the latest product from HomePrezzo, which launched in January 2015.

“We're gearing up some new suburb content, a second VideoCMA template and a listing template in the next month, a high-quality print option in Q3 and expanding to New Zealand and the US by end of the year,” Mr Krisanski said.
