With Halloween around the corner, a new rental property is sure to give thrill seekers an unforgettable experience.
Airbnb is offering a 'lucky' competition winner the chance to spend Halloween night almost 20 metres underneath Paris in its ghostly Catacombs, one of the world’s largest cemeteries.
Guests can sleep alongside the centuries-old remains of millions of Parisians and get a private tour of the labyrinth of bones and skulls (see below).
There is also a daunting culinary experience on offer, with live violin and a bedtime storyteller to read some of the Catacombs’ legends to guests.
Each year, 500,000 people from around the world visit the Catacombs of Paris, but this will be the very first time that people are allowed to spend the night there.
