Domain helps agents tap into growing mobile audience

Domain Group has synced its property app with home inspection booking app Homepass.

Agents can now have their Homepass accounts linked to Domain.com.au so they automatically receive details of buyers checking in via their Domain app at open homes.

Integrating the apps is also designed to make it easier for agents to register open home visitors and send documents to interested buyers.

Agents will also be able to view their buyers’ profiles, allowing for better conversations between both parties.

The aim is to allow agents to deliver better customer service.

Chief product officer Damon Pezaro said this new partnership will link agents with Domain’s growing mobile audience.

“Homepass is a key lead generation tool used by many agents to heighten the level of customer service that they can offer buyers and house hunters at open inspections,” he said.

“Given Domain’s fast-growing mobile audience – more than four million app downloads and up to 70 per cent of our traffic – we’ve simply made it easier for agents to connect with active buyers.”
