Time is running out for agencies that want to score a major marketing boost by winning official recognition as one of Australia’s top offices.
Entries for the Top 50 Sales Offices 2016 ranking are due by close of business on 7 December.
Businesses from smaller states and regional areas have a realistic chance of making the ranking, which is judged on staff efficiency and conversion ratios, as well as sales and volumes.
This year’s ranking contained two offices from the territories and another 12 from regional areas – a combined 28 per cent of the total.
REB editor Nick Bendel said smart businesses should be able to use Top 50 Sales Offices recognition to pick up extra business.
“Earning a spot on the Top 50 Sales Offices list gives real estate offices a major point of difference in their local market,” he said.
“This is an independent ranking with a national focus, so any business that makes the list has a powerful message they can deliver at listing presentations and put on marketing collateral.”
