Want to be a Top 100 Agent? Well, it’s not all about you.
If you’re looking for a thread of commonality between Top 100 Agents, the answer may be a successful team at their side.
“I think if you want to be a Top 100 Agent, you have to have a team. You can’t do it on your own. There are too many aspects of this business that need to be done right,” Phillips Pantzer Donnelley’s Jason Pantzer told REB.
Mr Pantzer credits his executive assistant Jen Drew and fellow Phillips Pantzer Donnelley agents Charlie Beaumont and Tristan Oddi with helping him climb to the top 10 of the ranking. Without them, he would not be the agent he is today.
“Charlie and Tristan are on the phones and doing a lot of buyer work every single day and trying to secure their own leads if they can, off the back of our open for inspections sheets,” he said.
“Jen spends a lot of time on the social media side, on the marketing, on the prospecting for properties which we’ve just listed or just sold.”
Mr Pantzer said there are too many tasks that need to be completed to a high standards and having a strong team to ensure all the boxes are being ticked is a must.
“If you don’t have a team behind you, you’re never going to be a Top 100 Agent in my opinion,” he said.
“I could be wrong, but certainly I’ve got a great team behind me and it’s the day-to-day functionality that the team do which enables us to be a Top 100 Agent.”
