Purplebricks national sales director Sean Green says the controversial network has no beef with Aussie real estate agents or the industry in this country. Instead he says it is time for both to evolve and take the next step — particularly, but not exclusively, around the prickly issue of fair value commissions.
In this episode of Secrets of the Top 100 Agents, Sean joins host Tim Neary to explain the mistakes made when Purplebricks first launched here, why the model had been successful in the UK and other parts of the world and the fear surrounding the network’s “fair fixed fee” model.
Sean will also share:
- Why Purplebricks attracts controversy wherever it goes
- Where it considers its target market sweet spot to be
- Why 91 per cent that have sold with Purplebricks will sell with it again
- How the network has a greater diversity mix than others in the industry
