In a bid to bring added online value to Australian and New Zealand real estate agents, a real estate content marketplace is teaming up with a website and marketing agency.

The Real Estate Voice, launched in April by online content marketplace Partica, has revealed its new partnership with Website Blue, which will see Website Blue clients benefit from “ready access to content applicable to vendors and landlords”.

Website Blue reportedly services more than 30 per cent of the Australian and New Zealand real estate market in its provision of website and marketing services.

According to a statement announcing the alignment, the new partnership “allows agencies to increase website traffic to drive engagement, attract new vendors and new landlords, and build strong relationships with their market through the power of content”.

“Now, principals and business owners can enjoy the benefits of quality content without the hassle involved with creating it themselves,” the statement added.

Highlighting that 38 per cent of visitors to websites will stop engaging with a site if its layout is unattractive or its content is “stale”, The Real Estate Voice said that keeping a website blog and online content updated and relevant is the best way to drive new traffic to a site and engage visitors once there.

“Fresh content also helps build trust between real estate agents and their clients when useful information about the marketplace is readily available on their sites,” it said.
