A new merger has seen property marketing specialist Foxwood Property move into Highland’s project marketing division.

According to a statement from both groups, the new partnership “creates a new national force in the real estate industry.”

Foxwood Property directors Clint Willoughby and Georgia Scanlon are set to assume leadership roles within Highland’s project marketing division as a result of the merger and bring 35 years of industry experience to the firm between them.

Mr Willoughby has been touted for his independent involvement in more than 280 projects across the country, while Ms Scanlon has delivered sales and marketing strategies for more than $1 billion worth of transactions over the past five years.

Highland has said that partnering up with Foxwood Property is part of its “strategic approach to scale up its existing expertise and further [establish] its accomplished project marketing services”.

Foxwood is already a national full-service project marketing and sales agent, operating across the medium-density and high-density residential property market across Australia’s mainland states.

Highland chief executive David Highland said the partnership will further enhance the brand’s already established project marketing division: “We’re excited to be welcoming the leadership and skillset that Clint and Georgia will bring to our project marketing team.”

He outlined that “Foxwood Property has developed a respected reputation for project marketing for prime developments nationally while Highland has a proven record as a top achiever in the industry, consistently selling more properties than any other agency.

“Together, our clients will have access to a new level of expertise and capabilities that are vital in the current market,” the CEO stated.

Weighing in, Mr Willoughby said Foxwood was “really excited to be partnering with such a strong well-established brand with a proven reputation in the project marketing space.”

Ms Scanlon said the business has “always been driven by client success”.

“With the scale of Highland and the superior profile it has in the industry, we see endless opportunities to become true market leaders in the project marketing space,” Ms Scanlon said.
