Two “accomplished” agents who recently made the move under the Century 21 banner marked their alignment with dual office openings in southern Melbourne within one month.

On 14 March, the network announced Kalin Nikolov and Penny Callanan have joined the brand to open Century 21 Prime in the outer south-eastern Melbourne suburb of Berwick.

The leadership of the new office, which services the areas of Berwick, Clyde North, Beaconsfield, and surrounding areas, was touted by the network due to their decades of experience in various aspects of the industry.

Mr Nikolov, who is heralded by the network as an “accomplished selling agent, auctioneer and business owner with in excess of 20 years of industry experience,” has assumed the role of chief executive at Century 21 Prime, with a focus on driving growth, performance, recruitment, and training.

He works alongside Ms Callanan, who, over her two decades in real estate, has gained a wealth of knowledge in residential and commercial sales, project marketing, and property management.

However, the principals haven’t stopped at planting their flag in Berwick, launching their second office in St Kilda just two weeks later.

According to the network, the second office is set to service the south Melbourne suburb and surrounding areas.

While the new outfit cements Century 21 Prime’s status as a multi-office group, Mr Nikolov and Ms Callanan revealed that their team still has expansion in its sights.

“We joined Century 21 as we felt it was a brand that portrayed pride and forward vision. Not only are we looking to continue to grow our existing operations but to also expand with new offices.”

The duo also explained their motivation for setting up and scaling their brand under the network’s umbrella.

“The scale and scope of Century 21, in conjunction with their marketing, training, technology, and support, is what we needed to achieve this,” they revealed.

Chief executive James Bell expressed his enthusiasm for the latest team addition to their network roster.

“With their extensive experience and strong work ethic, combined with the resources and support that Century 21 provides, I have no doubt that they will be able to achieve even greater levels of success as part of our thriving network,” Mr Bell said.

He also highlighted that the team’s expansion coincided with Century 21’s recently launched national television campaign, which he believes will provide increased visibility for the new Victorian outfit.

Launched on 28 February and with the tagline “It’s What We Do”, the television campaign was hailed by the network as a testament to “Century 21 agents’ commitment to helping clients achieve the best possible result every time”.

The commercials, which will be screened on the Nine Network across both metro and regional channels nationally for 10 weeks, have already shown promising results in the first week of its rollout by reportedly garnering 3.3 million views during the period.

Mr Bell shared his excitement that the global real estate brand was back on national TV.

“We are thrilled to be once again running a national television campaign. TV provides our brand the opportunity to connect with our broad target audience through a reach and scale unlike any other media,” he stated.
