One of Australia’s oldest and most recognisable brands is changing things up in 2024.

Raine & Horne has revealed it will be unveiling a brand refresh at a network event next month, as the group celebrates 140 years of operations.

The head of network, Mindy Powell-Hodges, believes 2024 will be a “significant” year for the brand, calling it “a pivotal moment in our history”.

“We are confident that the brand refresh will mark the beginning of a new chapter in the proud story of Raine & Horne,” she stated.

Details of the new branding are set to be unveiled at Be More 24 – a Raine & Horne conference to be held in Sydney this February, and an event which executive chairman, Angus Raine, said would be “an exciting opportunity to inspire, motivate and re-energise our network for the year ahead”.

The conference comes in the wake of several milestone developments in 2023, most notably the brand’s international expansion into New Zealand. In April, Raine & Horne announced its plans for an “aggressive expansion” into the New Zealand property market, starting with the North Island.

In December 2023, Raine & Horne’s trans-Tasman presence became much more ubiquitous when the group acquired Mike Pero Real Estate, bringing Raine & Horne’s New Zealand office count from 13 to 68.

Reflecting on the year, Mr Raine said: “2023 stood out as a highly successful year for us, notably marked by our expansion into New Zealand in April.

“This brings the total number of new offices joining our network for the year to 96, making Raine & Horne one of the fastest-growing networks.”

Mr Raine expressed his view that the increasing number of new offices joining the network is catalysed by a combination of “our distinctive value proposition, an expanding overseas footprint and an advanced technology system”.
