Agents will be given greater access to a wealth of property and price data all in one place thanks to the latest technical innovations from Domain's product team.

Domain is continuing to drive innovation in the property space, with the successful integration of the Domain Insight-powered automated valuation model (AVM) into the property price estimates within the Pricefinder platform across both desktop and app.

The integration uses enhanced data to provide Pricefinder users with access to a market leading AVM offering estimates for over 90 per cent of homes in Australia. Domain’s continued focus on investing in quality data is ensuring even greater price accuracy, which drives better outcomes for agents and their vendors.

Pricefinder – a property intelligence platform with data on more than 13 million Australian residences, collated over 30 years of sales histories and auction results – supplies insights and easy-to-navigate reports as a strong base on which agents can prospect, appraise and pitch effectively.

Pricefinder also includes a digital comparative market analysis (CMA) tool and dashboard, making it easy to create, send, and manage appraisals to prospects. Supported by powerful analytics it allows agents to connect with vendor behaviour, and track how many times a prospect has opened a CMA to look at it or share it.

With the inclusion of the enhanced AVM into Pricefinder, agents can now access the comprehensive price estimates used by leading financial institutions across Australia.

A comprehensive view of the market

Pricefinder curates a wealth of property data sources into one easy to access platform, giving agents a complete view of the marketplace.

“Our Domain Insight AVM, trusted by our major financial services customers, is now available in Pricefinder," says Yunyeong Kim, Managing Director of Domain Insight.

“Pricefinder customers can now leverage both an increase of more than 20 per cent coverage across all Australian residential properties, as well as greater estimate accuracy, powered by models that were built on the breadth of 1st and 3rd party data.”

The integration of the AVM into Pricefinder allows agents to access quality price estimates, ensuring they can provide vendors with timely insights into the local market.

App enhancements deliver a fresh user experience

Earlier this year Domain released several updates to its iOS app to provide agents with a fresh user experience to make the platform even easier to use.

The integration of the AVM powered by Domain Insight into Pricefinder is just one of the product enhancements Domain has launched recently.

Other improvements include the ability for agents to easily follow a property through the app - receiving a notification when the property they’re following is listed, sold or rented.

The iOS updates also allow for easier access to suburb statistics and information on nearby sales and rentals, as well as quick map navigation to selected properties and an updated user experience for frequently used reports.

"We're continually working to bring agents the best experience possible across our suite of products," says Danielle Harmer, Domain General Manager of Product & Agent Experience.

"The addition of the Domain Insight powered AVM to Pricefinder across both desktop and app, combined with our latest iOS updates for improved user experience, gives agents access to a market leading property insights platform at their fingertips.”

"We're committed to helping agents provide vendors with a comprehensive view of the local market and, ultimately, help to win more listings.”
