A historic brand is fast-forwarding into the future with an expanded corporate marketing team.

Rodney Fitzgerald and Emma Woods have joined Raine & Horne as the network looks to enhance its marketing offerings.

Fitzgerald has taken on the role of head of partnerships and events, while Woods is on board as digital marketing manager.

For Fitzgerald, a large focus of his role will be creating memorable corporate events to elevate the brand experience and attract new partners.

According to Raine & Horne, Fitzgerald has “overseen more than 30 awe-inspiring awards nights” over the course of his career, and has also coordinated national and international incentive trips.

“It’s important that we craft ‘must-attend’ events for our offices,” Fitzgerald explained. “This is achieved by thinking outside the box to deliver unforgettable experiences for every delegate, every time.”

He shared that he is “thrilled” about the opportunity to support Raine & Horne’s recent brand refresh by “elevating the event experience across the Raine & Horne network” and “ensuring that everything we do together as a group leaves a lasting impression on delegates”.

As manager of digital marketing, Woods will work to increase engagement via new and emerging technologies.

She stated: “Digital marketing plays a crucial role in extending the reach of real estate offices and their listings by offering a more convenient and immediate channel to engage with existing and potential customers.”

Going forward, Raine & Horne believes digital marketing has the power to reshape property proportion and sales strategies by creating innovative marketing campaigns.

Michael Carroll, head of marketing at Raine & Horne, expressed enthusiasm about the two new appointments, explaining that “their expertise will be pivotal in advancing the Raine & Horne brand”.

“Our brand update seamlessly blends our rich history with innovation, reflecting our resilience and progressive ethos. I am delighted that Rodney and Emma are joining us at this pivotal moment as we take our brand forward,” Carroll said.

Carroll shared that Fitzgerald and Woods have been quick to find their groove at Raine & Horne.

“Emma has wasted no time in settling in and has already left her mark on our content marketing strategies while supporting offices in using our AI social media marketing platform Amplify,” Carroll said.

He also shared that “going above and beyond for valued corporate partners comes naturally to Rodney, ensuring maximum return on investment and seamless integration into our network”.
