As springtime draws closer, Stockdale & Leggo unveils its winter-spring campaign set to position them as a “formidable choice for vendors”.

Stockdale & Leggo has implemented a new strategy for the spring selling season with the network under CEO Charlotte Pascoe “meticulously preparing” its agents to offer specialised service to their clients.

With the network’s winter campaign, Selling in Spring Starts in Winter, now in its final phase, the CEO has expressed that this early preparation ensures their agents “are not just ready but are leading the market”.

“The initiative has been pivotal in building our brand presence, engaging consumers, and establishing a solid pipeline for a robust spring season,” said Pascoe.

Stockdale & Leggo further relayed that the winter campaign has been “instrumental in fostering meaningful and engaging conversations within the marketplace”, enabling their agents to connect deeply with their communities to drive business growth.

Highlighting that a “significant” part of their campaign focuses on education, the network said this strategy resulted in “better-informed clients and more productive conversations”, which strengthened the brand’s spring sales prospects.

“By concentrating on home presentation, providing comprehensive information packs, and offering in-depth training on marketing and branding, we have empowered our agents to engage more effectively with potential sellers,” stated Pascoe.

Through this approach, the brand also detailed that they have “strategically targeted buyers returning from their European holidays”, noting that they are “often in a decisive mindset and ready to make significant life changes” such as purchasing property.

“Spring is more than just a season; it’s an opportunity,” Pascoe declared.

“We are seizing this opportunity with confidence and determination, showcasing why we continue to lead the real estate industry,” she concluded.

This sales-focused strategy is the most recent in a series of productivity related measures, with the network recently unveiling two in-house platforms to streamline marketing and administrative tasks for the professionals on its roster.
