Six Australian agencies have joined forces to kick off a 12-week training program that challenges agents to take their careers to the next level.
The “Race for Real Estate Sales Supremacy” takes the form of an online training program that has been designed to help agents gain the tools, insights and techniques required to thrive in today’s real estate market.
Starting from today, 1 April 2025, the training program will bring together personnel from six of Australia’s top agencies, including:
- Harris Real Estate (Adelaide)
- Marshall White (Melbourne)
- McGrath (West, Northwest, Hills and Hawkesbury)
- BresicWhitney (Sydney)
- Place Estate Agents (Brisbane)
- Ray White (Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches)
Participants from these six agencies will be able to join weekly online sessions hosted by expert guests, and receive expert coaching and customised strategies used by directors and top-performing agents across the nation.
Principal and owner of McGrath West, Northwest & Hawkesbury, Kon Stathopoulos, shared that the competition is about “learning from the best while engaging in some friendly rivalry”.
“Participants will walk away with valuable insights that will reshape how they approach real estate,” Stathopoulos said.
Managing director at Harris Real Estate, Phil Harris, echoed this sentiment and emphasised that the real value of the collaboration lies in the “exchange of ideas and strategies” from all six participating agents.
“While the competition is fun, it’s the growth we experience together that truly matters,” Harris said.
Across the 12-week program, agents will be challenged to enhance their skills across key areas of the real estate profession, such as:
- Gross commission income (GCI)
- Listings and sales
- Auction and clearance rates
- Client relationships
- Sales and property management strategies
BresicWhitney CEO, Thomas McGlynn, pointed to the ever-changing state of the real estate industry in highlighting that participating professionals will be able to “learn from diverse approaches”.
“By collaborating with top agents, we’re growing as professionals, not just exchanging tactics,” McGlynn said.
Similarly, Place Estate Agents CEO, Damian Hackett, shared his viewpoint that success in real estate is about “continuous improvement”.
“This initiative brings together some of the industry’s sharpest minds, offering agents an invaluable chance to elevate their business,” Hackett said.
With the program officially kicking off today, 1 April 2025, Marshall White CEO, Simon Jovanovic, said that he was “eager to see how agents embrace this opportunity to learn from others across the country”.
“The insights shared will transform how we work, bringing new perspectives to our own markets,” Jovanovic said.
