One of WA’s top agents, Ray White’s Vivien Yap, has recruited an accomplished real estate professional to her team.
Lee Fitzgerald will join the Ray White Dalkeith – Claremont office as its general manager, as part of the office’s leadership growth strategy.
Ms Yap said that Ms Fitzgerald will bring a wealth of experience in leadership, staff management and property management.
“We are ecstatic that she has joined our team, a team which has a phenomenal future with great energy.”
Ms Fitzgerald said that she has “proudly” worked in the industry for more than 20 years.
She said that after guiding property management teams for the past 13 years, the opportunity to join Ray White Group was one she couldn’t refuse.
“I’ve known Ray White Western Australia for a number of years, so when the opportunity came up, I had no hesitation in accepting the role,” Ms Fitzgerald said.
“In having an overview of the whole business, I can make a difference, be a support and continue to build this successful team.”
She called being involved in Ray White Group “quite incredible”.
“Ray White is very much about growth and support, and they’ve proven that with Vivien.”
Ms Fitzgerald said that in addition to supporting Ms Yap, she will assist others in the office to replicate her results.
“To have the opportunity to work with the number one agent in the state is an opportunity too good not to take up.”
Ray White WA chief executive Mark Whiteman is delighted to welcome Ms Fitzgerald to the group.
“Lee’s reputation as one of the outstanding leaders in the industry, particularly in the area of property management, is a real credit to her,” Mr Whiteman said.
