Ray White Double Bay held a career evening recently to help aspiring real estate professionals gain an insight into how a top office operates across all disciplines of the business including sales, loans and property management.
Keynote speakers covered all aspects of real estate, as Ray White Double Bay is a full-service office, providing a useful platform to gain a well-rounded understanding for attendees.
Property management director Michael Krimotat said that he was passionate about the responsibility he has to develop the next wave of aspiring agents.
“We play an integral role in maximising our clients’ asset growth,” Mr Krimotat said.
“And one of our key clients is our staff. Watching their career progression is amazingly rewarding and fulfilling.”
Managing director Elliott Placks said that mentorship cultivated in the office has shaped and grown the careers of employees and contributed to the success of the team.
“At Ray White Double Bay, we provide the perfect platform to build a career, with our organisation being at the forefront of the industry — not just in sales but in property management and finance with our Loan Market business.”
Ray White NSW Blue chief executive Jason Andrew said that the night was designed to inspire those looking for a career in real estate.
“And give them an in-depth understanding of what it takes to build a successful career from the market leaders,” Mr Andrew said.
“It’s rarified air at the top. It’s so wonderful to see our best business engaging with their future as well as improving industry standards.”
